At Boutique Stylistique you can take advantage of our clothing Exchange Policy and receive a store credit or exchange clothing merchandise for alternate items in the store. Store credits will have no expiration date.

Clothing merchandise exchange and store credit transactions are available upon request. Requests must be made within 15 days for online purchases. For in store purchases, merchandise exchange or store credit transactions must be completed within 7 days of purchase.

Clothing merchandise may be returned for store credit or exchange in person at the store (within 7 days if you purchased in store) or you may mail packages with your items to the store location at:  4725 North University Drive, Lauderhill, FL 33351 within 15 business days of having purchased the items online.

All merchandise brought back in for exchange or store credit must be unworn, remain in its original condition as it was sold, all Boutique Stylistique and other product tags must be attached, and the clothing items must be accompanied by a store receipt. Clothing items must also be unworn/unwashed and free of any stains such as from makeup and deodorant. The exchange form which is included in your package must be completely filled out. If your package inadvertently did not include an exchange form, you may contact our customer care department and they will gladly email you a copy. The completed form must be placed inside your package before you place it in the mail.


  • Processing Exchanges/Store Credits

We understand that it’s very important for our customers to get their exchanges processed as soon as possible. When a package arrives at our facility (sent back by our customer), it usually takes us anywhere from 3-5 business days to process your store credit or ship the selected replacement item to you. Once your item has been processed, you will be issued a store credit in the form of a Gift Card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and taxes only.  Your exchange will be processed once the original item that you would like to have switched out has been received at our facility. That way, you will be able to use the credit from the original item towards a different item/color/size of your choice.

**Please Note:  Shipping fees are non-refundable and is not eligible for store credit. Shipping costs for the redelivery of an item that is being returned or exchanged are the customer’s responsibility.

  • In Store Pick Up

For those customers who would like to pick up their merchandise instead of having it shipped to them, we offer in store pickup. When checking out, select the code  IN STORE PICKUP in the shipping section. Doing so will waive shipping costs and your items will be held for you to pick up. Pick up location is Boutique Stylistique 4725 North University Drive, Lauderhill, FL 33351.  If items are not picked up within 5 business days, customer refuses the right to exchange, or receive a store credit for their items and the sale becomes final. The customer reserves the right to pick up the purchased item within the next 5 days thereafter, or pay the shipping costs to have the purchased item(s) shipped to them.  If a customer decides they would like the items shipped instead, an invoice for shipping costs will be issued and items will be sent to the address noted in PayPal. If the item is not picked up or later requested to be shipped after a total of 30 days from the date of purchase, the customer will be deemed to have refused the right to claim their purchased items and no store credit will be provided.

By selecting IN STORE PICKUP, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Boutique Stylistique.
