In-Store Pickup lets you buy items online and pick them up in our store. You can avoid shipping and scheduled delivery charges by choosing this option. In addition, you may be able to get your order faster.
Here’s how it works:
- During checkout, choose In-Store Pickup.
- Place your order and you will receive an order confirmation email.
- When the item(s) are ready for pickup we will confirm your order via-email and/or phone.
- Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be available for pick up the next day. You will be notified if the order is available sooner.
Things to remember about store pickup:
You cannot change from “In-Store Pickup” to ship order once the order has been placed and paid for.
Please bring in the following items with you when picking up your order:
- Confirmation email that your order is ready (or show it on your phone).
- Valid government-issued photo ID.
- The credit card used for the online purchase and must have your name on card.
- We’ll hold your items at the store for 5 days. If you don’t make it in by then, we’ll cancel the order and refund your method of payment by issuing a store credit.
- If you cannot pick up your order within 5 days, please contact customer service at 1-954-908-1744 or via-email at email@example.com to prevent your order from being canceled and to extend your store pickup time frame.
- Virtual, temporary and one-time-use credit cards cannot be used for Store Pickup.
Who can pick up your order:
For your protection, Boutique Stylistique will not allow anyone else to pick up the package other than the person who purchased it online.
Changing or canceling Store Pickup:
To change or cancel a Store Pickup order, call us at 1-954-908-1744.
- To switch from Shipping to Store Pickup, call within one hour of placing your order.
- To switch from Store Pickup to Shipping, call us by 5pm the same day your order was placed.
- If you’re calling to cancel a Store Pickup order, please have your order number and credit card information ready.
Exchanging an item after being picked up in-store:
- You will have up to 7 days to exchange the item(s).
- Print your order confirmation email (or show it on your phone).
- Bring in with your items, the original packaging at time of pickup and original receipt to our store location.
- An associate will scan the barcode to begin your exchange.
